Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions. We’ve got real answers.

We know picking a creative partner for your church is a big deal. Here’s everything you need to know before starting your plan with us.

What exactly does Got Church Media do?

We provide unlimited custom design support for churches through flat-rate monthly plans. That includes graphics, videos, and even website help—depending on the plan you choose.

Think of us as your off-site, on-demand creative team. No templates. No outsourcing. Just real ministry-minded humans helping your church look excellent.

Each plan has a specific list of services:

  • Graphics Only: Static designs like sermon slides, flyers, and social posts.

  • Graphics + Video: Everything in Graphics Only + video promos, sermon recaps, bumpers, and more.

  • Graphics + Video + Website: All of the above + unlimited site edits, landing pages, homepage updates, and social scheduling.

It’s as unlimited as your ministry ideas! You can submit as many requests as you’d like, and we’ll work through them one at a time in a queue. Need something urgent? Just let us know—we’re fast, flexible, and ministry-aware.

Most graphic requests are turned around within 1–2 business days. Videos and web updates may take a little longer depending on complexity, but we always communicate timelines clearly—and deliver on time.

No more waiting on volunteers or “forgotten” design requests. We’ve got you.

Nope. All of our plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time, no hard feelings. We’re here to support, not to trap.

Absolutely. In fact, we prefer it. We’ll get to know your style, colors, voice, and values so everything we create feels like you, not just “church-y.”

Need branding help? We offer that as an add-on too.

We use top-tier professional tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva (pro), and others depending on your request. We also work directly in your existing website CMS if needed (like Squarespace, WordPress, etc.).

We can work with any program or software. We are skilled in Planning Center. Subsplash, Tithely, Breeze, and more.

Once you’re signed up, you’ll get a client dashboard where you can submit requests, upload assets, track progress, and chat directly with your assigned designer.
